It is a positive displacement internal rotor pump. This type of pump has strong self-priming performance and is suitable for transporting viscous liquids without solid particles and fibers, or even liquids in a semi-solid state, with a maximum transport viscosity of 300,000 cst centipoise. It has the advantages of small size, light weight, low pulsation, low noise, stable operation and long life.
NYP heat preservation high viscosity pump adopts external lubrication method. The bearing part and the working part of the pump chamber are separated by a sealing part, and the bearing part can be regularly lubricated from the outside through an oil cup. The pump body is equipped with a heating or cooling jacket, and the heating or cooling process can be realized by an external device. This type of pump can be equipped with a safety valve. When the pump or piping system is overpressured, the safety valve opens to form an internal return flow to ensure system safety. The pump consists of a pump body, a pump cover, a safety valve part, a driving shaft, an inner and an outer rotor, a support, a bearing and other parts (see the NYP high viscosity pump structure drawing for details). The pump unit consists of a pump, a motor and a base. The pump and the motor are fixedly installed on the base. There are two transmission modes: belt drive and direct coupling.
