working principle
The TRL-H high shear pump enables simple mixing to high demand for emulsification, dispersion, dissolution and homogenization. With the special impeller and induction wheel design, stabilizers, gums, powders, sugars, etc. and liquids can be quickly dissolved and hydrated.
Structural features
The TRL-H high shear pump can be used in milk, syrup, pudding, sauce making, ice cream, sugar products and salad dressings. This series of pumps is designed for agitation, emulsification, dispersion, dissolution and homogenization.
Compared to conventional mixers, the TRL-H high shear pump saves 90% in time thanks to its special impeller design, which works quickly and efficiently.
The material (pump head and hopper) of all parts in contact with the material is SS316.
Complete online cleaning (CIP) saves time wasted when manual cleaning is performed. The risk of equipment damage due to external cleaning (COP) is also avoided.
